Olympic Game 1983, also known as Track & Field, is a sports arcade game with an Olympic theme that was developed by Konami and published in 1983. In Japan and Europe, the game is known as Hyper Olympic.
The official license for the 1984 Summer Olympics was featured on the Japanese release of the game. The players compete against one another in a series of challenges, the majority of which require them to alternately press two buttons as quickly as possible to make the character on screen run faster. The next installment, titled Hyper Sports, came after it.
